JA3S Air-jet Loom

Introduction:

This machine is of unique design, simplifying the air-jet loom, adopting individual and central air supply weft insertion and man-machine interface control system, and reducing manufacturing cost, applicable to weave medical gauze fabrics and simple texture cotton fabrics, chemical fiber fabrics and blend fabrics.

1. Reed space: nominal reed space 170, 190, 210, 230, 280, 340（cm）

2. Weft option: single-nozzle, double-nozzle

3. Power: 1.8kw, 2.2kw, 2.8kw, 3.7kw.

4. Applicable speed: 400~600rpm

5. Weft insertion form: main nozzle, auxiliary nozzle combined type; electro-magnetic valve control, profile reed weft insertion.

6. Shedding: crank shedding

7. Let-off: mechanical or electronic let-off, applicable beam flange dia. Φ600mm or φ800mm.

8. Weft feeder: electronic length weft feeder

9. Selvedge: rough edge or plain edge, by planetary gear

10. Weft cutting: mechanical cutter

11. Take-up form: mechanical or electronic type, the machine winding dia. Φ520mm; optional winding dia. Outside the machine up to φ1200mm.

12. Air supply: individual air supply, can choose single air pump or the main and auxiliary double pump; can choose central air supply.

13. Auto stop motions:

Weft protector: 2 photoelectric type weft feelers; warp protector: contact lever type;

14. Touch screen control: can display various fault causes; display various production information. Multi-function 4-color lamp.
