1. APPLICATION & STRUCTURAL COMPOSITION

This machine is suitable for opening, coarse-removing, cleaning and impurity extraction of washed cashmere like cashmere, camel hair, yak hair, etc.. This machine is the first dehaired wool extraction process in cashmere product production processing, through the operation of all rotating parts, the coarse wool, soil and impurities in raw cashmere will be removed, and then process fibers into quasi plush with low content of impurities and low fiber damage for the following process.

3. CHARACTERISTICS:

1) Adopt gradual opening structure in the process, feeding double Cylinder by one pair of feed rollers, and equip themachine with 6 pairs of working rollers and special carding clothing, thus to realize the flexible opening of raw materials.

2) Adopt double-rake uniform opening for automatic feeder, and adopt intermittent motion mechanism for bottom flat lattice transmission, In order to reduce material rolling, winding and damage.

3) Adopt two groups of coarse-removing structure for the rectilinear combing part, and fix stationary flats above the Cylinder to improve coarse-removing efficiency.

4) The automatic wastes conveying of bottom flat lattice reduces the labor intensity of workers.

5) Low power consumption, multi-inverter centralized control for the whole machine, convenient to adjust process.
