1.Application
Model FB70 Special Fiber Carding Machine is a new product designed for the special fiber carding that is constantly rising in China. With the combing function of Cylinder, rollers and flats, this machine can be used to finely open, comb, clean and blend natural fibers and man-made fibers into uniform card slivers for the next process after their opening, mixing and health preservation. Its structural composition: Automatic Feeder→Double Roller Feeding→Roller Opening & Carding→Flat Carding→Coiler.
Especially suitable to the raw materials as below
Natural fibers and high performance fibers such as wool, flax, hemp, kapok, aramid fiber, chinlon, ceramic fiber, glass fiber, carbon fiber, polyimide, preoxidized fiber, artificial wool type fiber, tencel, modal, lyocell, etc..

2.Characteristics
◆ Adopt combined structure of double Cylinder, roller carding and flats carding for the machine, which is equipped with special use metallic wires and embodies the features of low damage, higlh quality and fine combing.
◆ Adopt vibrating volumetric type automatic feeder to make feeding even and accurate. (standard configuration)
◆ Adopt special taker-in and double roller feeding to reduce fiber damage. (standard configuration)
◆Staged calender roller make sliver surface smooth and clean; with patented lateral wing structure of Cylinder to remove accumulated flyings.
◆ Adopt PLC control, inverter, touch screen, photoelectric and autoleveller to realize high electromechanical integration of the whole machine.
◆ The whole machine adopts brand new totally-closed enclosers, which is beautiful and has good protective effect.
◆ This machine is applicable to carding and slivering of multi-component fibers.
