Ⅰ. Application:

Model BG256 Cross Lapper is a new type of non-woven cloth lapping equipment made by our Dongjia Group. It’s mainly used to cross, fold and lap the single-layer thin webs carded and delivered by the carding machine into even thickness and multi-layer webs for the next process. The machine adopts the digital communication technology between the PLC and the servo controller to obtain accurate and reliable signals, accordingly to make the lapping stable and even & the reversing precise and swift.
The machine is equipped with an automatic lattice deflection-preventing device.
